Float Switch for Automatic Water Level Control
Ideal for Water Tanks, Pools & Reservoirs | IP68 Rated | 16A Load Capacity
🔧 Product Overview
This Automatic Float Switch is designed for use with electrical water pumps to automatically control water levels in overhead tanks, underground reservoirs, and pools. It also provides dry-run protection by stopping the pump when water is not available.
When connected to a pump controller, it helps maintain the desired water level by switching the pump ON/OFF automatically.

🌊 Key Features
-
✅ Auto ON/OFF Water Pump Control
Automatically turns the pump ON when water level is low and OFF when water reaches the desired level. -
✅ Dry Run Protection
Prevents pump damage by stopping operation when the water tank is empty. -
✅ IP68 Waterproof Design
Durable and fully submersible, suitable for all types of water tanks and reservoirs. -
✅ Adjustable Water Level Range
The length of the hanging cable from the fixing point to the float body determines the switching range. -
✅ Heavy-Duty Performance
Supports up to 16A current, compatible with most domestic and industrial water pumps.
🛠️ Installation Instructions
-
Attach the Counterweight
Fix the counterweight to the cable. This allows you to control the float’s range and switching level accurately. -
Connect to Pump Controller
Wire the float switch to your water pump controller or directly to the pump as per your system configuration. -
Secure in Tank or Reservoir
Install the float switch securely inside the water tank. Make sure the cable length between the fixing point and the float determines the water level range for pump ON/OFF action. -
Important:
The cable terminal (end) should never be submerged in water. Ensure proper sealing and elevation above the maximum water level during installation.
🧰 Applications
-
Overhead water tanks
-
Underground water reservoirs
-
Water towers
-
Drainage systems
-
Agricultural water supply
💡 Pro Tips
